Trim and Home Improvements by Dan Lebel is a carpentry contractor plus we act as general contractors for room additions, three season rooms and the total and complete remodeling of any home.  We can implement any custom plans that you have for your home.

As general contractors for your remodeling project we will take care of all of the hiring of the various subcontractors needed to complete your home addition or remodeling project.  Having been in the building trades industry for over 30 years we know which subcontractors are shoddy and which subcontractors take pride in the workmanship that they perform.  You can rest assured that we will employ only the very best electrical, plumbing, heating and other subcontractors needed for your project.

As your general contractor we will do all of the scheduling of the various tradesmen to insure that things are done when they should be done. We will also inspect the work done by all of the subcontractors to insure that it meets local building codes. Just as important as meeting local codes, we will make sure that the work being done by the subcontractors is of a quality that will meet your satisfaction when your home remodeling project is completed.

We are a fully licensed and bonded contractor.  So, if your construction or remodeling project requires that contractors for your construction work be licensed and bonded, you can rest assured that we can meet those needs.

As the general contractor for your renovations and addition projects we won't be satisfied with the work done on your remodeling until you're satisfied.
